Dr. Syed Irshaan is a Food Technology professional, researcher, educator and entrepreneur passionate about transforming food science into meaningful products. As CEO of Nutrishuttle, he leads product innovation, research and development, and strategic growth, with a focus on nutritious, sustainable and future ready foods.

His vision is to build Nutrishuttle as a science driven food innovation company that takes research from the laboratory to real life, guided by the philosophy “Launchpad for a Healthy Life.”

At Nutrishuttle, he believes in creating an ecosystem where education, research, industry and entrepreneurship come together to create meaningful opportunities. The aim is not only to develop innovative food products, but also to nurture talent and inspire students to become problem solvers, innovators and job creators.
